The QuicKey Leveler method was developed by a PTG Associate member of the Chicago Chapter. Drawing on experience as a machinist and engineer, spending several years building multiple prototypes, developing the mathematical and software models, and seeking advice from technical advisors the QuicKey Leveler™ method of piano key leveling was introduced. The Leveler Company was started to make it possible to bring the QuicKey Leveler™ piano leveling technology to the market. On January 4th 2008 a patent application for the method was filed with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
