The traditional methods of key leveling required that each key be evaluated, shimmed, then re-evaluated on an individual basis.  The QuicKey Leveler™ method allows any technician to level keys quickly and accurately. The method measures and evaluates all key positions (rest and dip) so that all of the keys (naturals and sharps) may be removed at once. Key punchings are added or removed from the balance rail and front rail on an open, well lit key bed. Then the keys are re-assembled with the confidence of knowing that the precise key punching was placed under the key so that each key is in its perfect position. This approach dramatically reduces the time required to perform the task.

The key leveling software program prevents over adjustment by taking a holistic evaluation of all the key's positions. The program looks at all of the data, all at once, minimizing punching adjustment. Over adjustment can lead to additional time consuming regulation.
